The transition to Stage 2 of the deliberations is currently underway but will take some time to complete. In the meantime, we very much welcome additional contributions to the existing threads in this forum.

[Steering Committee] Purpose of this forum

This "Deliberative Process" forum is intended for discussion of process through which the transparency deliberations will be carried out in the coming months. Please see here for an outline of the plan approved by a vote of the QMMR section membership.
