What tools and technologies have you used to share data generation strategies and evidence from human subjects research?

Have you had experience with sharing aspects of your data generation process and/or interview transcripts or other forms of evidence from research with human participants? What data sharing options (methodological appendix, data repository, personal website, etc.) have you used? What were the trade-offs of sharing data in your experience?
